If you are a new customer you will not be familiar with our company or how good we are. We therefore offer a FREE half day PLC fault finding session for up to 4 engineers, which provides our customers with an insight into how we run our courses and how we get the best results from their students. In our view, you need a basic understanding of how a system works before you can attempt to fault find it. However the more knowledge you gain and the more experience you have the better you become. We will bring to site four faulty PLC systems, these could be all the same manufacture or four different PLC systems, dependent upon what the customer has on site. The PLCs would primarily be Allen Bradley, Siemens , Mitsubishi or Omron.
Once we have given the engineers a basic understanding we show them a logical approach to fault find the four PLCs using proven fault finding techniques. We then offer this service on an on going basis to our customers, so that the skills learnt on our courses are reinforced and developed not lost through lack of hands on practice. Each refresher session is charged at our standard daily rate. please contact us for details. If you have already had your engineers trained and would like to give them some more practical hands on PLC fault finding experience, we can bring full systems to site incorporating PLC, networks and HMIs, simulating typical faults we have encountered over the years.
